Dan joined STUDIO39 in early 2022 with almost eight years of design and land development experience. He has worked on numerous large and small scale development projects including retail centers, commercial developments, office buildings, residential developments, and healthcare facilities throughout his native Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania area, Ohio, and West Virginia. During his career Dan has developed a special interest in 2D and 3D graphics and modeling as it relates to site design.

Since graduating from Penn State, Dan has served his local PA-DE chapter of ASLA in many different facets. Most recently, he was made Vice President of the chapter where he hopes to continue to help grow the profession.

Fun Fact:

When off the clock, Dan has several hobbies and interests that include regularly competing in powerlifting competitions, leather crafting, 3D printing, and  collecting LEGO bricks. He also enjoys caring for his dog and two cats.
