Scope

As a part of the larger Metropolitan Park development within National Landing, The Bartlett was built as the largest single apartment building in Arlington at the time. The building has its own Whole Foods and Commonwealth Joe’s Cafe. With such a large building there are ample opportunities to utilize the outdoor roof space, and The Bartlett does just that. There are three rooftop amenity spaces at different levels that STUDIO39 designed, as well as the streetscape. These different rooftop spaces include amenities such as a pool, indoor/outdoor Sky Club lounge, outdoor kitchen with grilling areas, seating, outdoor televisions and dog areas.
