Cascades at Landmark wins Delta Associates’ Renovation of the Year Award

On October 3rd, Delta Associates will be hosting its 18th Annual Washington/Baltimore Multifamily Market Overview & Awards for Excellence. In addition to an educational overview focused on the state of the apartment and condiminium market, the event includes a forecast presentation detailing trends of the past 12 months and what to expect in the coming year for the market and region overall. Milestones in the industry over the past year will be celebrated and showcased.
STUDIO39 is a proud recipient of one of last year’s awards for Innovative Design for AVA H Street (project information and pictures can be viewed here.) This year, Cascade at Landmark in Alexandria has been selected for the Renovation of the Year award. Started at the end of 2013, the project featured a full renovation of the courtyard area focusing on hardscape and high end amenity upgrades including outdoor kitchen, fire pits, grilling areas, water feature, pool table, lounge seating and more.
