Scope

The Citron is a Multi-Family Apartment building located in Downtown Silver Spring, MD.  The site sits on approximately 1.99 acres, and was the last open lot to be developed in Downtown Silver Spring. STUDIO39 was responsible for the landscape and hardscape design for the interior courtyard (including pool, fire pit, lounge patios, water feature), corner pocket park and streetscape.
