Scope

Station 650 is located in Potomac Yard in Alexandria, Virginia and is a five story multifamily residential building with a retail tenant on the ground floor. This building has the benefit of being the first thing a driver sees as they enter Potomac Yard from the south. STUDIO39’s scope of work for this project included the streetscape design and the design of the courtyard. The private courtyard includes landscaped areas, a large water feature with a 12’ glass movie wall, lounge seating, outdoor kitchens and an outdoor fireplace.
