Scope

Located in Silver Spring, Maryland on the old Indian Springs Country Club site, the project is one of the largest residential re-developments in the area and will be broken out into three phases.  There will be single family stand-alone units as well as town home components.  Approximately 75 acres of the site will be maintained as natural with streams previously disturbed being restored to their original state.  Amenities include a Community Clubhouse and pool, open green space areas, playgrounds, tree and sidewalk lined streets an an extensive trail system, connecting the entire green space areas, playgrounds, tree and sidewalk lined streets and an extensive trail system, connecting the entire development internally, to adjacent neighborhoods and to the Glenmont Metro Station.
