Scope

Notch8 is a mixed use project with four stories of multifamily residential space over a grocery tenant on the ground floor. This is located in the Potomac Yard redevelopment in Alexandria. The streetscape along the ground floor is designed to replicate to the existing railroads that once stood at the site. The second floor terrace, built over structure, includes landscaped areas, outdoor movie walls, pool, lounge seating and an outdoor fireplace. The courtyard is designed as four separate rooms within the plaza, each with their own unique planned activities.
