Scope
The National Workers Memorial commemorates union workers that have lost their lives on the job, in protest, or in unsafe work conditions on a national level. The design of the memorial is broken up into three different areas. The large radial brick field represents individual workers that have lost their lives on the job. The slate stones around the perimeter memorialize particular events. Finally, the large 2 x 2 granite stones represent the larger specialized unions or organizations that want to be recognized. Landscape design services include: initial concept design, site plan submission and construction documents. Graphic design services include: logo development and marketing brochures.
