Scope

Buckingham Commons consists of three blocks (’Villages’) in an historic overlay district.  Through a collaborative effort with Arlington County, Village One has been designed to relate in massing, scale, detailing, and open space to the surrounding community.  The 506 apartments and 68 townhomes of Village One shape the pedestrian walks, courtyards and central green in the spirit of the historic Buckingham area.
