Scope

STUDIO39 contributed to the sustainable strategies that led to the LEED Gold rating with water-efficient landscaping, open areas exceeding zoning code and site amenity components.  The site design for Atlantic Corporate Park involved a one-acre landscaped courtyard amenity space between two four-story towers, perimeter landscaping and the development of a comprehensive signage package. Project involvement included conceptual design through construction administration.
