This extended stay resort includes a motorcourt/pedestrian plaza and perimeter streetscape design. The plaza, above a parking structure, provides outdoor dining space, pedestrian drop-off areas and an elevated seating area within the confines of heavily landscaped planters and brick paving. Project involvement included schematic site design through construction administration. Construction was completed in 1999.
