The Urbana Highlands community is located on 160 acres in Frederick County, Maryland. This residential development contains 254 single-family detached homes and 72 townhouses. The community streetscape was designed to emulate the landscape of the Scottish Highlands. Rolling hills and berms are scattered throughout the landscape and a waterfall is placed at the main entry to the site. Construction was completed in 2001.
