STUDIO39 worked on a design team with developers, architects and engineers to design and implement the Park Potomac mixed-use planned development. The Brownstones at Park Potomac are located on 40 acres and consist of 150 townhouses, 450 apartments and 850,000 square feet of commercial/office space. The exterior design elements unify the diverse architectural styles within the community. The extensive tree-saves surrounding the residential portion of the development provide internal wooded views and opportunities to experience woodland trails connecting the site's recreational facilities. A central green within the office/residential area provides a community venue for passive recreation, performances, and other outdoor events.
