The site is organized around a central water feature which serves as the main recreational gathering space complete with a boardwalk, walking paths, seating areas, gazebo overlook, and amphitheater seating. All streets are arranged perpendicular to the park creating dramatic viewsheds to the open space. The Main Street Boulevard connects the main entrance to the pond, and is the center of commerce, and retail for the community.
