This "active adult" community is situated in a partially wooded site overlooking an abandoned stone quarry. The project involved the design of a pool amenity area, nature trails, and a variety of recreational courts from tennis to bocce. STUDIO39 was involved with the schematic design, construction documentation, and construction administration.
