This project's site, with the majority of the lots having golf course frontage, provides a woodland setting for the designed streetscape and the dynamic view of the course from the streetscape. The design scope included streetscape design character development, the community entry monument and lighting and fencing throughout the development. The design also included a marketing sales trailer court, model court, and comprehensive site plan.
