The site for the Reston EastPointe Offices was a redevelopment project where the existing building was demolished and the site cleared. The office building and parking structure are situated at the south end of the site creating a linear courtyard between the two structures. The courtyard is densely landscaped with flowering trees to the north, and evegreen trees screening the garage to the south. Intimate seating areas are separated with diagonal planting creating ample seating opportunities for the lunch hour. A sweeping drop-off drive at the main entrance to the building is intersected by a generous pedestrian crosswalk delineated with decorative paving and banding. The exterior landscape provides scale to the building and enhances the visual approach to the building.
