The Rosslyn Commons development is a high rise and townhouse residential community on an urban infill site in downtown Arlington. The development contains two high rise structures, one condominium and one apartment, each with a roof pool amenity area as well as 26 townhouses and an underground garage. While increasing density, every effort was taken to maintain contextual sensitivity. The central courtyard is the project's focal point. Meandering paths, groves of ornamental trees and lush plantings create a park-like oasis in a dense urban area. STUDIO39 was involved with the conceptual planning of the overall site and will continue through construction documentation and administration.
