The Park Potomac Retail Plaza consisting of seven office/retail buildings is part of the final phase of the forty acre mixed-use Park Potomac development. The two main boulevards within the retail corridor are lined on either side with streetfront table seating, large street trees, and wide brick-paved sidewalks. At the intersection of these boulevards is a large central plaza featuring a fountain, fire pit, bench and table seating, and trellis lined promenade. The brick paving extends into the street providing a truly pedestrian environment for residents and patrons alike.
