The Park Potomac Place condominium buildings are part of a comprehensive mixed-use site plan in a developing urban area. The condominium development contains six buildings with three rooftop pool amenity areas. The three pool amenity spaces are built on structure and boast luxurious features such as ovular pool decks, wood trellis structures, a formal garden area with seating and lush landscaping. STUDIO39 was involved with the conceptual planning of the overall 40 acre development, and the design and construction documentation of the condominium roof decks.
