STUDIO39 was tasked with defining the entry character of this multi-phase mixed-use development. Sweeping drifts of Yoshino Cherry trees at the project entry make for a spectacular display in spring. Amenities include a landscaped grand plaza in front of the community clubhouse overlooking an entry water feature as well as a community event amphitheatre. Responsibilities included schematic design, contract documentation, permit drawings and construction observation.
