Located on historic Monument Avenue in Richmond Virginia, the construction of this urban townhouse and condominium development has revitalized a once unusable space and created a unique, livable community. The site's design influences stemmed from Richmond's historic "Fan" District. Features and amenities of this neighborhood include 87 townhomes and 156 condominium units on 12.9 acres, a 6000 sq. ft. clubhouse with pool, large courtyards for open space/recreation areas, and a large community park located on the southern end of the property. Project involvement included conceptual site design through construction documents and administration.
