Located on 2 acres in the Courthouse district of Arlington, the project was the last of 3 phases at Meridian. The project included a motor court and plaza area located between the phase 3 tower and the existing towers, and the surrounding streetscape. The plaza is above parking structure and townhouses located on the north side of the building. Project involvement included schematic site design through construction administration. The project was completed in the spring of 2003.
