The site is located in Alexandria's Carlyle urban development, and is comprised of a sixteen story high rise residential tower and a series of heavily landscaped courtyards and pool amenity area above the project's underground parking garage. The site amenities include a swimming pool, putting green, perennial garden, benches, entrance motorcourt, and public streetscape frontage. Project involvement included schematic design development through construction administration. The construction budget was $40 million, and it was completed in 2001.
