While complimenting the surrounding building's architecture, a series of heavily landscaped courtyards and pool amenities enhance this sixteen story luxury apartment building. Responding to Alexandria's urban development, a 4th floor landscaped plaza softens the atmosphere while providing everything from benches to an underground parking garage. With enhanced foundation plantings and creatively designed pedestrian areas, a walk to the convenient in-house health club and racquetball courts becomes a walk in the park. This project is located adjacent to the Eisenhower Metro station and near Hoffman Center. Project involvement included schematic design development through construction administration.
