The Meadowbrook Community is a 324 acre development consisting of low-end and high-end residences, a mixed-use center and 55 acres of open space. Open space areas include woodland preserves, playground areas, a community promenade, historical township monumentation and new walking paths. For the project, Master Planning/Design Guidelines were created for approval from the Town of Leesburg, including the design of all community open spaces and a clubhouse. The guidelines also specified site elements and furnishings and proposed a street tree master plan for the community. The Master Plan/Design Guidelines package was in booklet form with graphic renderings, diagrams and text. Services also included the creation of a conceptual landscape plan, open space and recreation plan, and pedestrian circulation plan for the zoning map amendment submittal to Loudoun County.
