Located on 1.3 acres in the village of Shirlington. Features and amenities of this thirteen story high rise include a green roof terrace on the fifth floor and public art features. Many components of this project have been coordinated with the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System. Project involvement included schematic site design and ongoing construction documentation and administration.
