Located along the waterfront of the Finger Lakes in upstate New York, Glen Cove is a proposed rowhome community surrounded by natural woodlands. A former salt mining area, the site will require environmental reclamation in order to develop. STUDIO39 developed the master plan for the community including unit density, vehicular circulation, boardwalk amenities, and boat slips for private use.
