Fallsgrove is a high-density residential development with a commercial district and community center situated on 50 acres of land in Rockville, Maryland. Completed in 2004, the planning of Fallsgrove involved the development of a comprehensive landscape design which unified the community development. Design details such as entry features and landscape enhancements create neighborhood character. The art feature at the center of the community park was the result of an art competition, whose artist was selected by a panel consisting of members of the development group and community.
