Located on two acres in Old Town Alexandria, The Clayborne includes ground floor retail, high rise residential units, an 8,000 square foot rooftop terrace, four private courtyards located over structure, a decorative alley and public streetscape design. STUDIO39's project involvement began at the conceptual design phase and continues through construction administration.
