The project is situated on one city block adjacent to the downtown area of Arlington and overlooks a prominent city park also built by the developer. The high-density housing development provides a series of brick-paved, interconnected courtyards, tree-lined parks and a pool amenity area. Because most of the outdoor amenity space was built on structure, these landscapes employed an intensive greenroof system.
