Fronting the main open space of the Carlyle neighborhood in Alexandria, Carlyle City was welcomed by city planners and the community alike using the "live/work" model of urban living. The site consists of twenty six three level townhomes above retail space on the perimeter streets and features a detailed vehicular plaza enclosed by the four buildings.
