The project is a neo-traditional planned community with a variety of housing types along a 'town' grid street layout, terminating at a lakefront boardwalk and retail center. Apartments and offices are planned along the lake's perimeter. A combination of existing hedge rows, proposed linear parks, and a central green provide the community with a comprehensive open-space plan. Project involvement included site feasibility and land planning.
