  Bryan Square - Washington, D.C.
Bryan Square is an adaptive reuse project which refurbished the historic Bryan School in Southeast Washington, DC. The school building, containing twenty five condominium units, and surrounding lot are located on Independence Avenue, two blocks south of Lincoln Park. Thirty eight townhomes are located along the perimeter of the lot, creating an interior courtyard / pedestrian park setting as well as enhancing the existing historic streetscape. Project involvement included schematic site design through construction administration.
