This 1.7 million s.f. DoD office space on 16+ acres will house the Washington Headquarters Services along with other federal tenants as part of the Base Realignment and Closure Recommendation No. 133. Goals for the project include the attainment of LEED Silver certification, and the development of a campus like atmosphere. Landscape design includes streetscape, pedestrian and buffer areas.
