Bennett Park is a mixed-use high rise office complex consisting of existing office and residential buildings located on 2.4 acres. The spaces between the buildings and atop parking structures are treated with detailed hardscape and landscape elements interwoven with commissioned sculptures. The overall design integrates these spaces with a glass enclosed sculpture pavilion, a public plaza to replace the former plaza, a raised courtyard, and a contemporary streetscape. Project involvement included zoning approval through construction administration.
