The Exchange at Potomac Yard in Alexandria has officially been unveiled this week. The Exchange is a 19 acre, mixed use commercial core of Potomac Yard, a 300 acre master planned community and former rail yard. STUDIO39 designed the landscape architecture for Notch8.
