The Bartlett – Opening Tomorrow!

A great amount of work and time have gone into The Bartlett, the largest single apartment building in Arlington, Virginia, and it is opening to the public starting tomorrow.
“The two-tower Bartlett itself is massive, which allowed Vornado to incorporate not only a direct resident connection to the Whole Foods (with pub), but also a 4,000-square-foot fitness room, a lounge and hydration bar, an automated package center, a 5,000-square-foot co-working and conference center space, a mezzanine with seating overlooking the ground floor, a second-floor courtyard with dog run and fire pit, a 16th-floor loft and grill deck with eight 50-inch televisions tied together, and an indoor-outdoor rooftop space with virtually unrivaled views, a pool and large deck.”
