AVA H Street Nearing Completion

Located just a few blocks from Union Station and the Capitol Hill neighborhood, the AVA H Street multi-family high rise apartment building is nearly complete.  STUDIO39 was involved throughout the entire project which began in 2011,  and created the landscape designs for the building area. This included the street frontage, amenity courtyard, urban greenstreet rain gardens, and the main lobby entrance.
